COVID-19

ASTA courses will re-commence from 1 September 2020. However, there may be additional issues around the UK quarantine for international arrivals from some countries. We are in contact with people due to arrive here from September and will be most flexible if further changes are required.

In order to comply with the government guidance, we undertook the risk assessment, we have enhanced the hygiene procedures and have put in place mitigation measures where people cannot keep 2m apart. The layout of our lab ensures 1m+ distance. Other measures are also in place, like one-way routes through the building, staggered break times and visible markers to assist people to maintain physical distance.

Please contact us by email if you have any questions or concerns.

Please note that we expect to be exceptionally busy in the autumn and so early booking or re-booking is strongly advised.

Extension of ESA Certification Status

Due to exceptional measures against the spread of COVID-19 that will not allow our school to provide necessary training, ESA has decided to extend the validity of the certificates ending until 31st August by a maximum of 6 months in order to allow us and our customers to re-schedule the training sessions. This includes also those certificates already under extension. Once the training can be continued, the re-certification of applicants already within an extension scheme shall be prioritized. The re-certification will only be valid for a period of two years starting from the original end date.
